sandhu for arudhuraI
Ingredient :
- Rice 1cup
- Water 2 to 3 cup
- Javadhu pinch
Making:
- In large empty pan dry roast the rice till it became black.. It take around 1/2 to 45 mins.
- add water once it became black..
- And filter it with white cloth like this add water and drain completely.
- after that make it boil until it became thick..
keep ready the vessel add little pinch of javadhu and add this thicker mixture..
