sandhu for arudhuraI

 Ingredient :

  • Rice 1cup
  • Water 2 to 3 cup
  • Javadhu pinch

Making:
  • In large empty pan dry roast the rice till it became black.. It take around 1/2 to 45 mins.
  • add water once it became black..
  • And filter it with white cloth like this add water and drain completely.


  • after that make it boil until it became thick..
keep ready the vessel add little pinch of javadhu and add this thicker mixture..
after few hours it became very thick like sandhu.
