kakada milk

 Ingredient: Whole milk or full fat milk -3cup Sugar - 1cup Milk powder 1 cup Milkmaid 1/2 cup to 1 cup. Saffron few Badham few cutted Pista few cutted Method: In a big pan add milk and bring to boil add all the ingredents one by one sugar, and boil. Milkpowder and boil Milkmaid and boil. Saffron few  Finaly add all the nuts.. Taste and add sugar if needed. Our kakada badam milk is ready. Got biggest appreciation from my guest its awesome.

sandhu for arudhuraI

 Ingredient : Rice 1cup Water 2 to 3 cup Javadhu pinch Making: In large empty pan dry roast the rice till it became black.. It take around 1/2 to 45 mins. add water once it became black.. And filter it with white cloth like this add water and drain completely. after that make it boil until it became thick.. keep ready the vessel add little pinch of javadhu and add this thicker mixture.. after few hours it became very thick like sandhu.
