kanji for 3 months old
Ingredients:
- Odaichakadalai(potukadalai) - 1/4 cup
- Puzhungalarisi(boiled rice) -1cup
- Yelaikai - 2
Method:
- Dry roast washed puzhungalarisi in a pan and let it cool completely then grind with potukadalai and yelaikai.
- And take small amount of kanchi powder add little water and keep it in gas stove make kanchi.
- You can serve with jagerry, if you want add salt you can avoid yelaikai.
