curry leaf adai

  Serves 2 time for 4 member family


Ingredients:
  • idly rice -1cup
  • raw rice - 1/2 cup
  • thuvar dal - 1cup
  • channa dal - 3spoon
  • ulud dal - 2spoon
  •  vendhayam 1spoon
  • red chilli - 10 to 15
  •  asfodia 1/2spoon 
  • curry leaves one hand full  
  • salt as per your taste .


Method:
  •            soak rice , dal, vendhayam, chilli together for minimum 2 to 4 hrs.
  •            grind with curry leaves..you can use this batter immediately or later.
