curry leaf adai
Serves 2 time for 4 member family
Ingredients:
- idly rice -1cup
- raw rice - 1/2 cup
- thuvar dal - 1cup
- channa dal - 3spoon
- ulud dal - 2spoon
- vendhayam 1spoon
- red chilli - 10 to 15
- asfodia 1/2spoon
- curry leaves one hand full
- salt as per your taste .
Method:
- soak rice , dal, vendhayam, chilli together for minimum 2 to 4 hrs.
- grind with curry leaves..you can use this batter immediately or later.
