Ingredients: Odaichakadalai(potukadalai) - 1/4 cup Puzhungalarisi(boiled rice) -1cup Yelaikai - 2 Method: Dry roast washed puzhungalarisi in a pan and let it cool completely then grind with potukadalai and yelaikai. And take small amount of kanchi powder add little water and keep it in gas stove make kanchi. You can serve with jagerry, if you want add salt you can avoid yelaikai.
