Ingredients:
- Finger millet 1/2cup
- Barley 1/2cup
- Whole wheat 1/2cup
- Boiled rice 1/2cup
- Black channa 1/2cup
- Green gram 1/2cup
- Roasted gram 1/2cup
- Horse gram 100grm
- Blalck urad dal 1/2cup
- Soya 1/2cup
- Samba kodhumai 1/2cup
- White corn 1/2cup
- Yellow corn 1/2cup
- Roasted channa dal 1/2cup
- Sago 100grm
- Dry ginger 15grm
- Green peas dried 50grms
- White seasome 50grm
- Black seasome 50grm
- Little millet 50grm
- White channa dhall 100grm
- Pista 100grm
- Cashews 100grm
- Elaichi 15pods
- Peanuts
- Almonds 1/2cup
METHOD:
- Dry roast everything and grind it in mill or mixi.
