Sathu mavu

 Ingredients:

  1. Finger millet  1/2cup
  2. Barley   1/2cup
  3. Whole wheat   1/2cup
  4. Boiled rice  1/2cup
  5. Black channa 1/2cup
  6. Green gram 1/2cup
  7. Roasted gram 1/2cup
  8. Horse gram 100grm
  9. Blalck urad dal 1/2cup
  10. Soya 1/2cup
  11. Samba kodhumai 1/2cup
  12. White corn 1/2cup
  13. Yellow corn 1/2cup
  14. Roasted channa dal 1/2cup
  15. Sago 100grm
  16. Dry ginger 15grm
  17. Green peas dried 50grms
  18. White seasome 50grm
  19. Black seasome 50grm
  20. Little millet 50grm
  21. White channa dhall 100grm
  22. Pista 100grm
  23. Cashews 100grm
  24. Elaichi 15pods
  25. Peanuts
  26. Almonds   1/2cup

METHOD:
  • Dry roast everything and grind it in mill or mixi.
  • Take 2 spoons of of kanji powder and mix it with water and keep it in gas stove make a kanji.
  • Add milk and jaggrey and drink.
  • Or put salt and buttermilk and drink
