Mixed dal adai

 


Serves 1 time for 4 member family


Ingredients:
 
  •  Raw Rice - 1cup
  • All four dall each 2 spoon it make into 1 cup
  • Red chilli - 5 to 10
  • coconut half mudi

Method:

  • Wash and Soak evertything 1hr go 8 hrs with water
  • After soaking grind in grinder or mixer
  • Rest the adai mavu for minimum 4hrs
  • mix coconut
  • make adai u can put 
  • you can put pudhina or murunga illai or onions
  • serve with velam, aviyal or curd
