curry leaf adai

   Serves 2 time for 4 member family Ingredients: idly rice -1cup raw rice - 1/2 cup thuvar dal - 1cup channa dal - 3spoon ulud dal - 2spoon   vendhayam 1spoon red chilli - 10 to 15   asfodia 1/2spoon   curry leaves one hand full   salt as per your taste  . Method:            soak rice , dal, vendhayam, chilli together for minimum 2 to 4 hrs.            grind with curry leaves..you can use this batter immediately or later.

Mixed dal adai

  Serves 1 time for 4 member family Ingredients:    Raw Rice - 1cup All four dall each 2 spoon it make into 1 cup Red chilli - 5 to 10 coconut half mudi Method: Wash and Soak evertything 1hr go 8 hrs with water After soaking grind in grinder or mixer Rest the adai mavu for minimum 4hrs mix coconut make adai u can put  you can put pudhina or murunga illai or onions serve with velam, aviyal or curd

Moong dal

Serves 4 Duration 25mins Ingredients: Yellow Moong Dal / Pasi Paruppu - 1 cup ▢ Onion - 2 large chopped ▢ Tomatoes - 2 large chopped ▢ Green Chilli - 2 or to taste ▢ Garlic - 10 cloves(chopped finely) ▢ Salt to taste ▢ Turmeric powder / Manjal podi - 1 tsp Sambar podi  - 1 tspn ▢ Ghee / Clarified Butter - 1 tblspn ▢ ▢ Coriander leaves / Cilantro - a big handful chopped lemon - 1 Masala cloves - 3 star anise - 1 bay leaf - 1 cardmom pods - 2 fennel - 1tspn oil - 4 spoon Method:        Add washed moong dal, salt and turmeric in pressure cooker and make 2 whistle.    Then put same pressure cooker without dal , put oil and all masalas, garlic, onion, green chilli let them saute for two mins.    Then, put tomatoes saute very well then put cooked dal salt and make 1 wistle again.    Finally put corriander, lemonjuice, and half spoon ghee..    Serves with chapathi and poori...
