Ingredients:
vegetable 3 or 5 or 7 or 9.
No parrupu(dhall)
- Kathirikai
- Beans
- Carrot
- Potato
- Raw banana
- Manjal poosinikai
- Vellai poosinikai
- Sweet potato
- Avaraikai
Ingredients:
- Vegetables
- Tamarind
- Salt
- Manjal
- Red chilli
- Coconut
- Sambar powder
- Kadalai paruppu
- Mali(dhaniya)
- Kadugu
- Coconut oil
For fry:
- Kadalai parupu
- Red chiili
- Coconut
- Dhaniya
- With oil
- Grind and make paste
Method:
Boil all the vegetables. Add puli water boil it and add sambar powder once it started boiling and add fried paste and switch off the gas stove. Kali is ready now.
